History: Quelenna was raised in a hard working conservative environment. After coming to the age of reason, Quelenna took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
