Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Joan was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has achieved small success as a Locksmith.

Motivation: To be a Scribe again; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: She wears many layers of old clothing at all times. Her brown hair is still thick. Her amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Egelina lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Egelina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and doesn't want to be a barrister and was forced into it by her family

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she wants revenge against orcs

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Enidda was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She has worked as a Courier like her mother before her.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She dropped out of school to support her sick father, and resented it. After a long history of fighting, Giselle and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and further expansion of business

Description: An older woman who is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured, she is not a threatening figure. Her brown fur is smooth and relatively long. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.
