Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Xappan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Xappan. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Mord was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Lance was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Miner. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Xappan liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She hates orcs. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

Motivation: Many orcs want her driven away; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tabaxi in existence. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
