Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Miner. He has worked as a Miner like his mother before him.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Thiala was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Thiala's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and gnomish compassion

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. Vicky is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Tabaxi culture. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: Don was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Glassblower and was forced into it by his family; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: Everard was born the youngest of three triplets. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Everard took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up crossbow and armor he uses now. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sage they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Miner, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and he loathes his own lifestyle
