Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Heian was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and retire the richest woman in the north

Description: She wears a violet vest and prefers tan and black shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and she perpetually has her ceremonial dagger ready. She keeps her chestnut hair in a pixie cut. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Rosalind and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'7" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a brown tunic with tan highlights, and long blue pants that bunch up around his shoes. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length cinnamon fur. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Sweet was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Masseuse hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and obtaining odd cultural half-orc artifacts is his passion

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Tiefling, and stands approximately 6'9". He wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around his neck, and a falchion on his belt, and his gloved hand is found clutching a falchion. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Xappan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: Standing 4'8", this woman prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. With bright auburn hair. Her eyes are gray and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Althaea was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His white hair is braided into rings. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Theren was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Seamstress they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Courier, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Born to a Servant, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she's looking for her big break

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is typically in his Sellsword uniform. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: He was born in the east. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it.
