History: Balam was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Shadow abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Masseuse. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He worked as a nervous Tanner and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Tanner for hire.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
