History: Bryseis was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Through the years after Bryseis was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Bryseis's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: She was born into a rich family. A freak accident while working with her Merchant father left her crippled. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and obtaining odd cultural half-elven artifacts is his passion

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Spear was born the youngest of three triplets. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Koeth was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. Her fur is short and gray. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cloak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Stableman. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His first spouse was a Laborer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and an old rival family wants him found

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
