Description: A pudgy woman standing about 2'10" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. With bright chestnut hair. Her blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Fletcher business.
History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Portia took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up nunchaku and armor she uses now. She bought a nunchaku and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and expand her business

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 4'8". He wears tan leather gloves, a tan jacket, and tight pants, and his gloved hand is found clutching a greatsword. He has moderate length chestnut hair. His violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Naill fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.
History: She was born in a small island village. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She bought a morningstar and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his quarterstaff with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He has wavy blue hair. He has a dull look in his red eyes.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Mormo embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Dwarven compassion; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: 6'7" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He typically wears green cloth garments or leather armor. He wears a colorful flower in his black crest. His red eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: The child of a Barber, who enjoyed hunting, Bidreked was taken on many hunting expeditions. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
