Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears long strands of sapphire and short blue dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Painter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Seebo was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature club.
