History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Through the years after Naeris was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Naeris's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a Carter soon after.

He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has achieved small success as a Marshal.
