History: He was born into a rich family. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now mingles about in high society.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Ortegar hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Ortegar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.
