Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Description: This woman is very fat, and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her auburn hair is singed and shortened. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Numba embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. Numba liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She became a Beggar soon after.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born to a Banker, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and revenge

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her blonde hair is lengthy. Her eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jacoba fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to work out more often

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Saphara was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Farmer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Farmer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Farmer for the past few years.

She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.
