Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a blue costume with the symbols of death on her torso. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: Carlin was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dragonborn companion (her 'brother'). She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Sorath hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: She is greedy; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: She was born in the north. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Shepherd they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Bookbinder, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and wants to raise her children well
