Description: He is a husky man, who wears a yellow coat over a pastel low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon his head. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Rolen was born the youngest of three triplets. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spy. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior, marred by chocolates. With bright white hair and a scraggly beard. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a simple black robe with red stripes complete with hood. He has done his best to style his silver crest to look like a famous performer. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Nadarr alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Being a Butcher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and seeks redemption

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She invites people to come help in her community garden.
History: Pogranix lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is obsessed with her god.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. After a long history of fighting, Harvest and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Description: He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His hair is brown and very short. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Kildrak isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dwarven unity. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has never given up on his music dream.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak. Her crest is white, silky, and of moderate length. She has a dull look in her red eyes.
Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her music with anyone who is interested.
History: Quespa lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Quespa took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sai and armor she uses now. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: To unite with her brother; and doesn't want to be a sage and was forced into it by her family

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Nicholas took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up longsword and armor he uses now. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
