Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He carries with him a set of pickaxes, each one with a jet on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his small brown hat.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Unemployed. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mayor. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around his neck, and a club on his belt. His white hair is braided into rings. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kellen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Navigator arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people; and wants a kiss

Description: 3'11" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She wears a brown shirt with thin green vertical stripes and white pants. Her hair is red, silky, and of moderate length. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes brigands are coming to abduct people. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.
History: Morana lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her brown hair, when down, is lengthy. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.
History: Hecat was born with her mother's beautiful face. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has styled his green crest well, parting it to the right. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady red eyes.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Salasar embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carpenter and was forced into it by his family.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Cask was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. She was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above herself and to hold her god always in her heart. After a long history of fighting, Cask and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she feels kind of lost in life
