History: Born in the north to a Fortune-teller, Bucklal learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He struck the Fortune-teller job and began his own company from there.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
