History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Sethrekar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor.
