History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. Being a Jeweler kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Spring embodies much of what other species detest in the Tabaxis. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Spring was born with her mother's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Eldeth grew up listening to her father's many stories. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: He comes from a rich western family. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Biri was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Biri has worked very hard to control her curse. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Bernard was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Map Maker. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
