History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. After coming to the age of reason, Pelt took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants his loneliness to end
