History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. The war was a terrible time for him, and Trey does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cook responsibilities is difficult; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is a great chef.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She is greedy.

He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he's looking for his big break

His hair is short and auburn. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. After a long history of fighting, Mâku and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Miner and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
