Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His blonde hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He is a Doppelganger in disguise. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Guard. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and expand his business

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. Her white fur is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is obsessed with her god.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'10" and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His golden hair is braided into rings. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Dragonborn culture. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Oren was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: She is a pot bellied southern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears bulky tan painted plate armor. She has chestnut hair. Her hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. The war was a terrible time for her, and Adrie does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. When Adrie reached her early adolescence her Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born to a Tailor, his father struggled to pay the bills. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to be a tailor again

Personality: This woman loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She saw the violence of war and the aftermath so she converted to religion and dedicated herself to non-violence.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and to unite with her sister

Personality: Shava is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She got into the Merchant business at a young age. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and to prove her worth to the world

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His childhood dream was to be a Map Maker, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Map Maker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he wants to get laid

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Nogu was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Carter for the past few years.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and wants to open a new tavern
