Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Akmen was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: Astaro was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. She dropped out of school to support her sick father, and resented it. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 40. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
