History: She got into the Layabout business at a young age. A gifted student she started as a Miner, but she got bored and became a Layabout. She tends to her Layabout job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born in the south. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Jaxi wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Jaxi lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age her mother died while driving off some gnolls. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in rapier use. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Efferil grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a strong sense of loyalty to dragonborn people

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. She has black hair. She is baby faced.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Caelynn lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and obtaining odd cultural half-orc artifacts is her passion

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears bulky brown painted plate armor. His white hair is singed and shortened. This green eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bernard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Bernard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Born to a Butcher, his father struggled to pay the bills. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Butcher they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Crown-heir, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud
