History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Manea was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was taken from her home at a very young age. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To protect her home; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. Her feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Cumpen will drive conversation. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cumpen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: Skoth hails from a village terrorized by drow. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow.

Description: This tall, slender woman wears silk and lounges about seductively. Her long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. This gray eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Nella hails from a village terrorized by goblins. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His red hair is thinning but still full. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Astar took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up monstrous two handed axe and armor he uses now. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Ploughman again; and sabotage a competitor

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he's in love
