Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has styled his brown hair well, parting it to the left. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Map Maker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Balimaar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. After coming to the age of reason, Balimaar took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Alice lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Grigi was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and yellow, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His auburn hair is knotted and matted. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Map Maker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
