A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gilthur was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
