History: He is a Deep Scion in disguise. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. History: Born to a Servant, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Trail grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Trail. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Umpen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He has achieved small success as a Locksmith.
