Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Theodoric embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. After a long history of fighting, Theodoric and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and many goblins want him driven away

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Baern was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and to share knowledge with the world

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Sailor. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He worked as a nervous Sailor and found it very stressful. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is content; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. She has slicked back blonde hair. Her eyes are blue.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Ella alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She is content; and someone believes her a fraud

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a rival would like her out of the picture

He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her first spouse was a Fisher, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
