History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and she wants to get laid

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Phelaia was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Phelaia's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Heward was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and wants to work out more often

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Guy fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: She got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spice Merchant.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Spice Merchant responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Amnon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to reunite with his absent mother
