History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Oloric was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: Alice hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her singing career. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She's also a talented Engraver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Ar-Beka and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Locksmith they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Junk Dealer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. Purban enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Georgina and her spouse have recently divorced.
