Description: She wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 6'8" when asserting herself. Her crest is cut close to her head. Her eyes are red and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears a tan vest and prefers grey and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His golden hair is matted, messy, and big. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: He was raised in a island tribe. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.
History: Kasdeya hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In her youth she was a Shepherd, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger brother on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and a deep hatred of dire rats

History: Born to a Bounty Hunter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. William liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Miller for hire.

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. She wears suspenders and white workpants. Her shirt is black, and she wears a heavy white leather apron most of the time, marred by beers. Her head has been shaved. She has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.
Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Pearl fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. She is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. She has done her best to style her black hair to look like a famous performer. Her skin is flawless and her silver eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Rieta was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Rieta decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
