History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His red hair is unkempt and raggedy. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: She is wearing a long, blue, dusty cloak. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her pickaxe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is unsatisfied with her job

His half smiles and white eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Cressel was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and wants to work out more often

History: Born in the south to a Sailor, Patrin learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and doesn't want to be a sailor and was forced into it by his family

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he dresses like a well dressed Ruler does. His tied-back hair is chestnut. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is a Ruler first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.
