History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Through the years after Oriel was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Oriel's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'6" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his flail with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has wavy black hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 11. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adelard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His brown hair is thinning but still full. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Cagak lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She takes great joy in being the best Miller in town.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Miller for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Miller responsibilities is difficult; and to be a dilettante again

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. A true patriot, Elegant would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Elegant was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away.

Personality: She is mildly Gnome supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: Roywyn was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Roywyn was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the drow.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
