History: She got into the Sailor business at a young age. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and sabotage a competitor

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
