History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed hammer, just in case. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His hair is red and curly. He has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: The child of a Mayor, who enjoyed hunting, Heward was taken on many hunting expeditions. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 27. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.
History: Naivara was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. A true patriot, Keyleth would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. After a long history of fighting, Keyleth and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: To pay off her debts; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scimitar.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: The child of a Spy, who enjoyed hunting, Veit was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tailor. He's also a talented Spy, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: This man is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes., and sports empty pouches on his belt. His black fur is heavily combed to the left. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Barrister arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He is greedy; and obtaining odd cultural dwarven artifacts is his passion

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Greeba was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Greeba's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Robert was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Robert decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
