Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he wears dull blue sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed monstrous two handed axe, just in case. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Masseuse. He struck the Masseuse job and began his own company from there.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Merchant born in the past three hundred years. She is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Merchant.

Description: She is dressed in earthy colors with a green and brown handkerchief worn on her right side, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'10" when asserting herself. She keeps her dark red hair in a pixie cut. Her eyes are likewise black. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.
History: She was born in a small mountains village. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Phelaia took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up warhammer and armor she uses now. She struck the Mason job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the west were limited. Now she works as a writing tutor during her time off.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Emen is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: Emen lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. After coming to the age of reason, Emen took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and doesn't want to be a fortune-teller and was forced into it by her family

Description: This man stands a little under 6'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He prefers to wear brown clothing when he does not wear armor. His black fur is unkempt and raggedy. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: Spear was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. With bright silver hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.
Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by a spirit.
Motivation: He's in love; and he has a crush on the local hunter

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 3'5" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a tan vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her tan boots flare out at the collars. Her long brown hair reaches down to her waist. Her eyes are likewise green.
Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: She was born into a rich family. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting illithids, the young Breena began to lead the lost caravan. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and she wants revenge against illithids

Description: This fat northern woman has a bulbous nose and tends to wear a large grey jacket. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She wears her red hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her amber eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ida grew up listening to her mother's many stories. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Being a Fortune-teller kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end; and she wants to get laid
