Personality: Dench speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: Jabbie is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Jabbie was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jabbie fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a pastel coat with brown slacks. His auburn hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He was raised in a forest tribe. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Baker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilthur fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Miller. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Miller arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. A true patriot, Merla would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Frug is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His first spouse was a Weaver, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He's also a talented Weaver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
