Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His hair is long and black with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is red, braided, and well cared for. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Being a Bellfounder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: This tall, slender woman wears an entirely tan suit with green socks and a vest with buckled shoes. Her hair is white and curly. She has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born in the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Phann's homeland. Phann decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Phann fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To protect her home; and she is greedy

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He tends to wear a yellow poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Cory lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spy. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and wants to raise his children well

Description: A middle-aged woman, she is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down, and is pretty ugly. Her white hair is heavily combed to the left. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gold.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Makaria was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Makaria fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: She has the majority of her body covered in plate. Her red hair is greasy and uncared for. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She is greedy.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He has wavy silver crest. His gold eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Adrex speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He works hard and plays hard.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Apothecary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: He is a husky man, who is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He sports a long red beard, and similarly colored long hair. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. A true patriot, Ulla would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Bather father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
