He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born in a small desert village. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he's repulsed by the pc

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Ilanis was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Ilanis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Ilanis was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
