Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a blue coat. He sports a flattop hair cut. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Lamlis lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He bought a kukri and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Elegant was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Barkeep arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She became a Barkeep soon after.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing her hectic life and new barkeep responsibilities is difficult

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now owns her own business.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She saw the violence of war and the aftermath so she converted to religion and dedicated herself to non-violence.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. A true patriot, Trym would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He worked as a nervous Barrister and found it very stressful. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: The child of a Baker, who enjoyed hunting, Cloud was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has never given up on his painting dream.
