Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His hair is red and very short. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a white vest and prefers grey and yellow shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears baggy yellow pantaloons and a black scarf. He wears his golden hair up. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Patrick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Ploughman profession.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A gifted student he started as a Ploughman, but he got bored and became a Unemployed. He has worked as a Unemployed like his mother before him.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She wears her chestnut hair up. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Priest born in the past three hundred years. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. After months of barely getting by, Oolah managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and further expansion of business

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Kyle was born with his mother's beautiful face. When Kyle reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf mother passed away. History: Born to a Mason, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gifted student he started as a Mason, but he got bored and became a Bookbinder. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
