History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bather.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Shanairla was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fisher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Blacksmith arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. She now mingles about in high society.
