Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has moderate length red hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. A true patriot, Zephan would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He comes from a rich northern family. Zephan abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion; and he's looking for his big break

Description: This malnourished man wears a grey vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His yellow leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his grey boots flare out at the collars. His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 33. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: To end his boredom; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He is portly but not overly obese. Sporting a auburn mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His amber eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Damakos's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: Damakos hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He tends to his Sage job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and further expansion of business

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: She was raised in a plains tribe. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortbow.
Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Alice was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Description: She is dressed in an above average manner. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly rapiers and kukris. Her blue crest is knotted and matted. Her gold eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. The war was a terrible time for her, and Kadana does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kadana grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kadana. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
