Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Rolen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. A true patriot, Oppah would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.
