She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Peren was a troubled youth. Peren decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Bricklayer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bricklayer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has worked as a Bricklayer like her father before her.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Delebean grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Delebean grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Delebean. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
