Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Theobald took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shortbow and armor he uses now. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Crown-heir they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mercenary, and he later adopted a second daughter.
