History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them.
