History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Veloptima was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His first spouse was a Shipwright, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
