Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He is a Lycanthrope in disguise. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Foxilon grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Foxilon. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance.
