Description: This man is very fat, and wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He keeps his long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Burgell was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Burgell decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Arumawann was born the youngest of three triplets. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A freak accident while working with his Bookbinder mother left him crippled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he feels threatened by others

Description: She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She carries with her a set of tridents on her belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. Her brown hair is braided into rings. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She is a Gardener first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gifted student she started as a Seamstress, but she got bored and became a Gardener. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Andraste fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and expand her business

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a tattered pair of loose white pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. He has hazel eyes.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To protect his home; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, she prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. She wears a colorful flower in her golden hair. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He usually wears his green robe and has his bow always slung over his shoulder. He has black hair. His eyes are likewise gold.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Oriax liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born in a small island village. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Theobald grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Theobald. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Revenge; and she desires power and/or immortality
